Offset planning

Offset planning compensates residual significant impact on protected matters — including, in North Queensland, southern black-throated finch habitat and related matters. RehabLedger scores Commonwealth offsets with the Offsets Assessment Guide and will not invent a Queensland financial-settlement payment without the official calculator.

An offset score is not the cost of delivering the offset. Field methods (monitoring, savanna science) are not the approval unless the approval cites them. The engine treats those as separate objects and stores working files privately.
