Offset financial contributions

An offset financial contribution (including Queensland financial settlement) is money paid in lieu of, or as part of, delivering an offset. It is not the EPBC Guide score, not the cost of revegetation, and not a mine rehabilitation security deposit. RehabLedger will not invent a settlement figure without the official calculator or a decision notice.
